Conditions of travel Ötztaler Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH: The general conditions of travel WORK 92 are valid in the valid in each case version. The following conditions supplement the aforementioned conditions of travel and are basis of the travel contract between the customer and the Ötztaler Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH, Ötztalstraße 2, 6450 Sölden (in the following ÖVG called).

1.Conclusion of a contract

The travel contract comes off between the booking and the ÖVG, if agreement exists over the substantial parts of contract (date, achievement, price) and is confirmed by both contracting parties (reservation confirmation). Part of contract are only the equipment characteristics held in writing in the reservation confirmation.

2. Payment

In the case of reservation a pre-payment in the height indicated on the reservation confirmation is to be carried out to the indicated due date. The remainder is due with journey, if on the reservation confirmation no other date is called. Payments within the prescribed period cannot lead to the fact that the customer loses the requirement on the booked achievements.

3. Resignation with cancellation fee

The cancellation fee with resignation from the travel contract depends on the time of the resignation and stands in percentage relation to the trip price. As trip price the total price of the contractually agreed upon achievements is to be understood. The customer is entitled against paying a cancellation fee to withdraw from the contract. It is absolutely necessary that the cancellation of the contract takes place in writing. For period calculation the date of the entrance of the explanation is relevant with the ÖVG.

The valid in each case cancellation conditions of the ÖVG are in the following specified. Deviating cancellation conditions are communicated in the reservation and/or reservation confirmation.

Cancellation conditions

- up to 90 days prior to travel: free of charge, processing fee of 5 % of tour price - 89 - 30 days prior travel: 40 % of the price - 29 - 07 days prior travel: 70 % of the price - 06 - 04 days prior travel: 90 % of the price - 03 days or less and no show: 100 % of the price

The conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance and/or a travel insurance package is expressly recommended.

Handling charge.

Regarding changes of reservation a handling charge is charged by euro 16.00 per change and regarding cancellations 5% of the trip price, at least however euro 40.00 regarding individual travelers and/or euro 200.00 regarding group reservations.
